You’ve captured great momentum towards your weight loss goal. With this in mind, what do you believe would sustain this momentum long-term?

Currently, what are your general thoughts or feelings around food or meal-time these days?

Are you having any particular or persistent cravings? If so, what? I.e. salt, sugar, sour, chocolate etc. Also what time of day? i.e. afternoon or evening etc.?

Probably the two most important things to be mindful of with peptide therapy are movement/exercise, to keep muscle tone and consuming adequate protein. Are you managing both and if not, why?

Are you practicing relaxed eating when you sit down at meal-time? If so, can you give a few details of what your practice looks like?

As we approach the holiday season with parties, family dinners etc., how are feeling about them?
