The purpose of our retreat is to bring into awareness how mealtime can drastically affect how you look, feel and move.
It’s not just what you eat, but how you eat that contributes to great health and transforms your relationship with food.

CC's signature anti-inflammatory, clean cuisine uses only high-quality ingredients that are produced locally and seasonally without the use of harmful chemicals, seed oils or hormones.

Our curated retreat program is designed for you to be nurtured, to reflect in the natural landscape of one of the most beautiful islands in the Mediterranean and take with you a fresh perspective on eating as self-care.
Included in your experience is a private chef preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Food mindset coaching will transform your relationship with food. You’ll learn proven techniques both inspiring and doable for you to put into practice. You’ll observe demonstrations showing you ways to make cooking easier and your meals more nutrient dense.
Gentle morning movement classes ease you into your day and daily guided excursions to explore the beauty of the island. Enjoy a complimentary massage along with ferry pick up and drop off.
Resting the body and nervous system is highly encouraged here at The Mindful Eating Retreat. We’d rather you skip an activity and find a cozy lounger to curl up on, if that’s what you need. All activities are optional.

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund for cancellation within 60 days of event date. or by March 25, 2025.

0% refund for cancellation for less than 60 days before event start date or after March 25, 2025. Payment becomes non-refundable.

Individual guest travel insurance is necessary for this retreat.
About Formentera:
Off the south coast of Ibiza, a mere half-hour away by fast ferry, the 20 km-long island of Formentera (population 12,120) is a beautifully pure, get-away-from-it-all escape. Formentera's pace of life is blissfully low key, designed for lazy days spent lounging on some of Europe's and the world’s most exquisite beaches.
How to get to Formentera:
Fly into Ibiza. Take a taxi to the port where you'll hop on the 30 minute ferry to Formentera. We'll pick you up in La Savina.

Breakfast:

Frittata using local eggs, leek and mushroom. Arugula pumpkin seed pesto. Garbanzo Frittata for our plant based guests.

House-made, super-seed granola, sheep’s milk or coconut yogurt and seasonal fruit.
Lunch:

Albacore - toasted pecan, dried cherry wraps - sweet potato salad.

Protein packed, chopped salad with toasted seeds, pasture chicken and creamy yogurt herb drizzle.
Dinner:

Wild-Caught Fish - with lemongrass coriander rice noodles in a mildly spicy coconut broth

Orange Sage Chicken- whipped rosemary and fermented garlic carrots, seasonal greens.

Wild rice cakes delicately seared with a fresh herb, citrus gremolata and shallot jam.
