My food mindset approach combines life coaching with a focus on food as the foundation and here’s why. As we nourish ourselves we begin to have more clarity and energy to fuel our future selves.
How incredible it is that produce, for example, seems to grow at precisely the right time that we require the nutrients that are carefully hidden in these seasonal offerings. Lemons for Vitamin C in the winter months… Watermelon in summer for H30, aka structured water, for better hydration and bioavailability. Wild fish, pasture meats and sustainable farming practices are all part of a good relationship with food.
No matter your eating style, food is the momentum and the foundation for your new way of life. One that I believe will offer you expansion both mindfully as well as physically.
